Piloting of a New Service - Line Dancing Social Event


At our Café we are always encouraging new ideas and development of locally-led initiatives or projects and collaborations that provide significant benefit to the Hume community.


At our recent stakeholder consultation meeting, recommendations were received that line dancing would be an excellent fun activity to boost our seniors and other community members. It will create sense of belonging and bring communities together for a social event.


We have undertaken the feasibility study including engaging with the president and secretary of the Victorian Line Dancing Association communication who have happily agreed to assist us in piloting of this service.


Plans are underway to finalize the facilitator for this course so watch the space...
